1.- MEDIO PROPIO Y SERVICIO T\u00c9CNICO DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE VALDEMORO<\/strong><\/div>\n

La sociedad CEEVAL SERVICIOS INTEGRALES S.L.U mientras que el Ayuntamiento de Valdemoro tenga la titularidad y participaci\u00f3n exclusiva de su capital social, tendr\u00e1 la consideraci\u00f3n de MEDIO PROPIO y SERVICIO T\u00c9CNICO del AYUNTAMIENTO DE VALDEMORO, respecto de las actividades y funciones integradas en el objeto social que tiene establecido.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2.- \u00d3RGANO DE CONTRATACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/strong>\n

El \u00d3rgano de Contrataci\u00f3n es el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la Sociedad, por ser el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n de la misma y estarle atribuidas su direcci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n. <\/span>As\u00ed mismo, en virtud <\/span><\/span>\u00a0de lo regulado en los Estatutos Sociales y del acuerdo del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n por el que se delegan todas sus facultades, salvo las indelegables por Ley a favor del Presidente, \u00e9ste podr\u00e1 actuar como \u00f3rgano de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
